These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ark Roofing and Gutters website and your booking of roofing and gutter services with us. By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Services

Ark Roofing and Gutters provides roofing and gutter installation, repair, and inspection services at the property you specify, subject to availability within our service area. Service descriptions, pricing, and duration estimates listed on our Services page are estimates and may vary based on roof size, pitch, condition, and materials selected.

Booking & Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed once we've responded to your quote request with a scheduled time. We ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

Access & Site Conditions

You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property at the agreed date and time, including clear space for equipment, ladders, and material delivery. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service if site conditions (severe weather, unsafe access, obstructed work areas) prevent us from completing the work safely.

Property Condition

Please move vehicles, patio furniture, and fragile items away from the work area before your project begins, and remove or secure wall-mounted items in the attic and upper floors, as roofing work causes vibration. While we take care with every property, Ark Roofing and Gutters is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects discovered during the course of work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Quoted prices are estimates and may be adjusted if the property's condition differs materially from what was described at booking, such as hidden decking rot discovered after tear-off.

Satisfaction

If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. We stand behind our work and will do our best to address any concerns promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ark Roofing and Gutters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
